Pintail

Pintail are beautiful ducks that are very graceful to watch.  It is not uncommon for them to come from way high in the sky straight down to the pond when called and decoyed properly.  They are easily recognized by their "pin" tails and graceful flying patterns.  A few years ago Pintail became rare and we stopped seeing them here.  In the last two seasons, we are starting to see more of them again and it's nice to have Pintail come back to the marshes of Louisiana.
